An atmospheric subsea maintenance sim. You are the sole technician aboard a deep-ocean relay station — diagnose the fault, prep the station, suit up, and step out into the dark. No combat. No jump scares. The pressure does the work.
The Station
Sole Maintainer
The station routes power, coolant, slurry, and communications for a deep-sea mining network — and you keep it running. Your partner rotated topside for a medical emergency, and the replacement hasn't arrived. Until it does, every fault on the line is yours.
Tension comes from systems — oxygen, visibility, preparation quality — not from monsters.
Repairs are procedures: isolate, open, replace, verify, restart.
Short-range EVA on foot, tethered to the station that keeps you alive.
The habitat is warm and human. The water outside is not.
The best moment of any shift is the airlock sealing behind you.

Diagnose Before You Dive
Every excursion starts at an engineering terminal: read the telemetry, isolate the circuit, reroute the coolant, unlock the hatch. What you do at the terminal decides how dangerous it gets outside.
Terminals are real station hardware — diagnostics, isolation, routing, and logs on screens you stand in front of.
Suit preparation is deliberate: oxygen, batteries, tools, tether, comms check.
Poor preparation doesn't just fail the mission. It could cost you everything.
